Mach One Program Information
*Middle , High School & College Mach One
Program Meets 2x Per week 1 Hour of Hit or Pitch & 1 Hour of Strength – (2 Hour Visit, 2x per week)
Mach One Sessions are followed by One hour of Strength with Elite Baseball Academy (In-House)
$349 Includes (8) 1 Hour Bullpen or Hitting (8) 1 Hour Strength – To be used 2x Per Week – 4 Weeks
4 Week ($349), 8 Week or 12 Week options available
(designed to use 2x per week, 2 hours per visit, – Mach One is a continual program to prepare players for their Season)
